It was very easy to schedule a one on one meeting with a representative. Swati was my assigned customer support and she was able to answer all my questions! I was most impressed with the fact that she first asked my reasoning for choosing Setmore. That allowed her to be able to walk me through the process for using and customizing the program to my specific needs - not generalizations that I had to decipher later.
