Excellent Service
We created a Setmore account during the COVID-19 lockdown to manage appointments with clients and artists. It has been so helpful that we will continue to use it post-pandemic. The scheduling flexibility is wonderful.

I am enjoying it so far
I am enjoying it so far , however the new beta doesn't allow multi service booking and it has been difficult for my customers to add their numbers when using the new version. I am located in Jamaica. i would also love if my customers here in Jamaica could make payments via the app i would be so happy if you guys help me to make that happen.

With the help of Vijay and Nirup
With the help of Vijay and Nirup and "Share screen" we were able to accomplish one stubborn issue with connecting Setmore to Facebook and Instagram. Thank you guys, your help was kind and effective!

Excellent customer service
I have been assisted by Ben Nichols and Soorya Sundaran, Both were extremely helpful , patient ,understanding and professional . Soorya answered to all the questions I had and helped me understand how Setmore was working . Ben helped me set up my account the way I wanted via phone and even gave me few great suggestions . Although few modifications have to be done to improve the missing features useful for hairdressers using Setmore , I'm overall really happy to start using this booking ...
