Excellent Service

We created a Setmore account during the COVID-19 lockdown to manage appointments with clients and artists. It has been so helpful that we will continue to use it post-pandemic. The scheduling flexibility is wonderful.

I am enjoying it so far

I am enjoying it so far , however the new beta doesn't allow multi service booking and it has been difficult for my customers to add their numbers when using the new version. I am located in Jamaica. i would also love if my customers here in Jamaica could make payments via the app i would be so happy if you guys help me to make that happen.

I have been assisted by Ben Nichols and Soorya Sundaran, Both were extremely helpful , patient ,understanding and professional . Soorya answered to all the questions I had and helped me understand how Setmore was working . Ben helped me set up my account the way I wanted via phone and even gave me few great suggestions .
