The immediate follow up call and demo was extremely helpful. Huge selling point right there! I can rarely get ahold of a person these days and they contacted me. The demo was straightforward and the program is user friendly. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful, even with details about the free plan

I first was on the pricing page reviewing the features each level had. An automated person (with a note they were real people not bots) came on and asked if I needed help with pricing. I explained I was looking at features and I was immediately transferred to Darryl who explained any and all details I wanted to know about the features in a way I could understand. Setmore Helped us Quickly Pivot to an Appointment-Based System

We've been using Setmore for three weeks now and found it very easy to set up and use. We have a small staff with very little time to implement new systems, and the Setmore team helped us to get up and running quickly so that we could create an appointment-based system with multiple simultaneous options for a small academic library. Great app - Great customer service

Within moments of creating my account, I was sent an email with some basic starter articles and an invite to connect with an onboarding expert. It was very easy to get started and book an apt to cover the areas I still needed help with. Setmore is easy to set up and the customer service is excellent. This app is very affordable (free to just $5 per account holder - not per customer/user) and is just what I was looking for to use as a training booking system for our intranet.
