Lots of sizzle, very little steak.

The software is not complete and adiquit for enterprise size operations and all reasonably sophisticated operators have resorted to 'work arounds' for the softwares short comings. On top of these issues the users pay a premium to use the software. The advertising of Titan suggests that the company is dedicated on adding bells amd whistles rather than blocking and tackling features such as payroll and purchasing.

Service Titan is far and away the best …

Service Titan is far and away the best software in the industry and not just for the product. The support and continual improvement they provide for their product is exceptional.

On boarding was one of the hardest …

On boarding was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I almost pulled the plug a couple of times.Now I am glad we stuck with it. I can't imagine not having Service Titan now. Though our Success Coach is awesome I do wish sometimes we could talk to product team or high level tech support people. Some issues take a lot of back forth putting the Success Coach in the middle. A conference call with the 3 of us seems like it would save time and energy.

Great tool

Great tool, always getting better. Of course like any tool it has it limitation. Use it for what it is and it works great. And ST is working every day to improve and make their tool better and more useful for us. Thanks ST glad we made the change.
