On boarding was one of the hardest …

On boarding was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I almost pulled the plug a couple of times.Now I am glad we stuck with it. I can't imagine not having Service Titan now. Though our Success Coach is awesome I do wish sometimes we could talk to product team or high level tech support people. Some issues take a lot of back forth putting the Success Coach in the middle. A conference call with the 3 of us seems like it would save time and energy.

The software is always on the bleeding edge which comes with it's minimal share of bugs. But the support team is great and they bend themselves forward and back to please.

Great tool

Great tool, always getting better. Of course like any tool it has it limitation. Use it for what it is and it works great. And ST is working every day to improve and make their tool better and more useful for us. Thanks ST glad we made the change.

Great Product and Service

Great customer service, great product. I wish the updates would not affect existing features but overall very satisfied. Been with them since April 2015 and they have streamlined our business to a higher level.
