50/50 due to the fact that you need to …

50/50 due to the fact that you need to be organized before you enter the system very time consuming I always mention the service Titan name and warn them that it is a process to get in and start using the service but definitely I do recommend still. But mention the pros and cons

The team at Service Titan has been wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about the program. When I call for help tech support is very quick to find answers for you and they do contact you back if needed.

I love the layout and simplicity of the …

I love the layout and simplicity of the platform. Only issue I have is that I have to usually wait several hours to get in touch with anyone at Service Titan due to the fact that they are operating on Pacific time and we are on the East Coast. It would really help us out if we had a Success Manager and Support that was operating in our time zone.

ServiceTitan is hands down the best online software company for contractors. I wouldn't look anywhere else and we plan to continue using the ServiceTitan program for many years to come!

Still some kinks that need worked out …

Still some kinks that need worked out with this software. Also the app version loses a lot of capability when comparing it to the desktop version. This is a growing crm though and I understand this company is ambitious in always bettering themselves as well as their customers.

We love ServiceTitan

We love ServiceTitan. I as a owner of a service/construction plumbing company would like more options to see what my estimators are doing on the dashboards and better tracking of what they are doing and selling. If I was only a service company I would give them 5 stars.

The software is always on the bleeding …

The software is always on the bleeding edge which comes with it's minimal share of bugs. But the support team is great and they bend themselves forward and back to please.
