I am incredibly new to service titan

I am incredibly new to service titan, but it has been an easy platform to learn. I love discovering new features. The sandbox is my favorite feature- as I am a hands on learner- it's really nice to have an option to mess around without messing everything up.

Worth the investment!

Our technicians like it, our office likes it. Period. Service Titan has made our company more profitable. We are able to capture the data immediately that we need to make business decisions. Service Titan continues to grow and make the necessary changes for continued growth.

Won't find a better company to do your field sales.

It is easy to make changes to your pricing and allows you to retrieve historical data on your sales. I would say easily the best software for this market. I'm only leaving 4 stars because the recent launch of the new graphic user interface was launched and auto updated with no training.

Service Titan is a very good software …

Service Titan is a very good software with so many awesome features. There is always room for improvement though. Service Titan adds improvements based on the feedback of their customers. Their customer support doesn't always resolve your issue, but they do try. Compared to our previous software, ST is 3 dimensional and the other was only 2 dimensional.

We love Service Titian. It has really helped us improve the way we do our day to day operations. Our customers love the text notifications! We love the call recording! We love marketing tracking! We love everything about Service Titian and we love all the Service Titian.

You should consider restructuring your business model. WHAT?!

What do you like best? Lots of features. Some Useless, some not. I can see how the features would work for other companies but for us we ended up turning off a good amount of them as they added a lot of unnecessary steps. They do have good invoicing and job scheduling. What do you dislike? The reason I even decided to write this review (I never write reviews is because we had subscribed to the Service Titan software and had a pretty good time using it. It seemed to really help us. I am sorry to say that we have been …

I am sorry to say that we have been working on this since October and I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Every process we have from payroll to invoicing to project management is more difficult and takes longer.
