Simplicity yet Full Featured

What do you like best? Has to be the simplicity. With hundreds of calls taken daily, I need to be able to enter customer information quickly without having to switch screens or jump back and forth to different menus. Everything is on the main screen. What do you dislike? The changing layouts made by the Service Titan Team. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Marketing customer service treated me as if our 28 years in business was of no value. Nothing worse than your marketing team making a customer feel worthless. He told me that we do not meet the "qualifications" to be a customer for Titan. Then had the audacity to say once we grow more in the residential business to give them a call back. Like that would ever happen! Telling a person their not good enough and then telling them once they get bigger to give you a call. Very poorly handled. I ...

The software works great and they're continually adding new features. My only complaint would be that new features tend to launch well before they seem ready to be used. More internal beta testing should be done. Otherwise, quite happy.

Pros & Cons of Service Titan - Raynor Services

Pros: Service Titan is very user friendly- so its easy to learn for both technicians and office staff. Having a mobile app is very helpful as well. They also are constantly updating and implementing new features which is great, because change is always good and new features and updates result in a better functioning business overall. Powerful

This is a very powerful program with many parts/sides to what it can do for my company. I still do not understand and use all of it. But, I'm part of the baby boomers and have to work harder to pick up on technology.
