ALWAYS HAS PROBLEMS
ALWAYS HAS PROBLEM. DOESNT DEPOSIT CHECKS PROPERLY, DOESNT TAKE CARD PAYMENTS PROPERLY. CALLS FAIL ALL THE TIME TO CUSTOMERS. IT FREEZE OR GLITCHES WHERE IT DOES NOT SYNC OR LOAD UP YOUR DOCUMENTSI HAVE USED IT WHILE I WORKED FOR 2 DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND THE SOFTWARE IS JUNK!! I HAD TO PAY THE COMPANIES BACK MONEY BECAUSE PIECE OF JUNK SERVICE TITAN DID NOT TAKE THE MONEY WHEN I SWIPED THE CARD OR PHOTO DEPOSITED A CHECK.JUNK IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR SERVICE TITAN

ServiceTitan helps us stay on top of everything by tracking metrics, phone calls, sales, invoices, and more It also tracks the areas where you can make improvements and how efficient the software is in helping you reach your goals. What do you like best? The Servicetitan software is pretty comprehensive. There's just so many different parts to it. What do you dislike? Finding and making all those moving parts is confusing. There is a very steep learning curve with some of it. But my biggest complaint would be the inability to open links in a new tab. Some pages won't let you click links to open in new tabs. So when I have a customer on the phone and they want to update their email address, I have to submit my ...

What do you like best? There are so many things to love about Service Titian, it is extremely customizable to pretty much anything you need from report types to easily adding on permissions to certain users to even making your own price book and so many other customizable options. the dispatch board is great . Expensive and Not User Friendly
What do you like best? The reporting is great. Service Titan has the best reporting/reports out of any of the dispatching/CRM softwares I have ever used. Their onboarding is nice initially but very hard to get ahold of after. What do you dislike? It is too bulky. It is not easy to navigate. It is very difficult to get in contact with support. There are flaws when taking deposits. To find an estimate for a customer there are 15 steps. Even something as simple as merging duplicate ...
