Performance Reviews

From my angle of usage Service Titan has been extremely helpful on being able to custom generate performance review reports so that I have a better grasp of the true numbers that our techs are generating. This allows us to have clear and precise dialogue with the techs on where we can praise them, as well as things to focus on for improvement, and the ability to set realistic goals for future performance.

Great Software

Service Titan is a great software company. The options and customization is endless. Our CSM is also great and is always quick to respond! And on situations that need more assistance, he always gets us in touch with the right person. The only negative is the occasional overwhelming feeling because there is so much that Service Titan can offer. The constant updates and changes, though I realize are to improve process's, sometimes seem like too much. I wouldn't be able to keep up if it wasn't ...

Good software for plumbers and HVAC technicians

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? ServiceTitan is user-friendly and has tons of helpful features. The main dashboard and dispatch scheduling screen are easy to use and operate. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The app is great, but there’s one thing that bothers me when I am at the dispatch board. Very dishonest company with…

Very dishonest company with exceptionally horrible service. At NO point should you ever sign a contract. Once you do, they disappear and want to charge you full price to get rid of them. Even if they never actually delivered any services to you. Use any CRM other than Service Titan. I’m expecting a very canned response from their PR department. They will act like they care, but all they want is your money!

Service Titan has created efficient workflows and time management for our office and field staff. Numbers and information is quickly at hand when needed. Updates are timely. While no product is perfect... ST is the closest we have seen.

restarted hvac company in 2017 and went with ST not bad till the last year constant selling of products and arongant attitude toward the customers ie; we will set in place "handrails to govern your companies data"so we decided to change to service fusion. ST did everything to make it more difficult they road blocked every piece of data will never deal with them again if i had to crave my dat in a piece of stone with a chisel. something tells me they are bleeding customers by the 100's
