Absolutely not worth the money

Absolutely not worth the money! We are a small business and I was told we did not have to pay for all of our techs just the "managed techs". During onboarding we discussed going down to 2 managed techs at times. They slid into our contract we had to pay for a minimum of 6. I kept the managed techs between 2 and 4 yet I was charged a minimum of 6 every month and some months 8 employees. The amount per employee is absurd. LOVE Service Titan!

Service Titan is the only CRM I suggest. It is fully expandable and makes scaling a company a breeze. Once a tech is rolling on the software they never want to go back. Thank you ST!

Compete scam they tell you everything…

Compete scam they tell you everything transferred from quick books then you end up doing everything manually they say a few weeks to go on board that's a lie after doing all the entries then they still charge you thousands before you get started then before you can use the credit card charge to charge cust8they want your ss number and 2 years of you financial reporting we called are bank and stopped payment on all services they are completely a scam from sales pitch to the lack of on boarding

Best CRM for HVAC-related works

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love everything about ServiceTitan, from text/e-mail reminders and pricing models to being cloud-based. It has everything I need. I've tried calling them over and over…

I've tried calling them over and over to stop attempting to charge us. So far my bank let them slip through for 2 payments which I was able to get back. Even now I get alerts that they are attempting to charge us. We canceled like 8 months ago and several times a month they do this depsite my numerous messages (they don't return phone calls). It is a very pricey software to begin with and you would think they would have elite customer service with the amount they charge. Stay away.

The best company to help the business grow!

This has been a game changer for our company, been in business 20+ and have been old school with paper. We were a little intimidated by moving to digital but realized very quickly that we have been missing out! We are much more efficient and can track everything so much easier with Service Titan. Worth the cost - "must have Tool!

We moved to Service Titan over 3 years ago and while expensive compared to other software it has many critical functions that other software doesn't provide... so money well spent. Using Service Titan has increased our workflow exponentially, It provides tools to ensure accountability and the reporting capacity enables us to assist with performance metrics in most all business operations. Nick answered questions and concerns that I had and did it in a very calmly matter giving me options and different scenarios. He was able to walk it with me step by step. I learned a new feature so that was nice. Made my day a lot smoother.
