What do you like best about ServiceNow Customer Service Management? Hassle free customer experience and very quick in addressing the customer issues. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Customer Service Management? Seems to be a bit outdated now, expecting future enhancements. What problems is ServiceNow Customer Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you? The customer problems usually come in through csm and we have seen 36% increase in customer satisfaction.
