What do you like best about Sertifi? Using Sertifi helps me filter out unreliable clients before they even become clients. When someone verbally commits to working with me long-term, I no longer have to just take their word for it until we see each other in person again. Sertifi allows me to send the contract right away, which means I can send an invoice right away, which means I get paid by the client *before* our first session. What do you like best about Sertifi? Everything is in one place. No more faxes, random phone calls, handwriting we can't read.... What do you dislike about Sertifi? There may be a reason for this, but it is very inconvenient that we can not search by guest name, confirmation number, or the credit card number What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? Best is that we do not have to call cc companies to validate/verify cc info!

What do you like best? We no longer have to worry about faulty cards. Sertifi's credit card validation takes so much stress away from doing our business. What do you dislike? To be honest it does exactly what I hoped it would do. No complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best about Sertifi? I like that it sends emails to let you know proper information and when transactions are complete. What do you dislike about Sertifi? I don't like that I can't change the signing document after I publish it. I have to delete and start over again. What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? In this digital age, you can get needed signatures for all the finances that need to be taken care of.
