"Sertifi is an excellent service for Staffing Companies!"

What do you like best about Sertifi? We require new employees throughout our organization to sign documents and return ASAP in an effort to have them start their new positions quickly. Surprisingly, a lot of people do not have printer/fax capability at their homes. "Easy to use and great at saving time!"

What do you like best about Sertifi? Sertifi saved me time and was fairly easy to use! What do you dislike about Sertifi? I don't like the fact that I don't have a window of time in which I can cancel my signature. What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? We have to have multiple levels of authorization on a number of processes in our organization and Sertifi streamlines much of the process by enabling us to get authorization without having to meet face to face.

What do you like best? I need approvals for expenses from people spread over an entire state. I can send one Sertifi request to all of them and they can sign electronically from anywhere! What do you dislike? Nothing. I would suggest upgrades to add the document name to the approvals page and allow easier printing of just that page (since I already have the entire document in hard copy). "Extremely useful tool for managing approvals"

What do you like best about Sertifi? The best feature is the ability to establish an approval process that frees you from time and location dependencies. With Sertify, we are able to gain approvals when people are available. What do you dislike about Sertifi? There is no significant feature that I don't like. What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Sertify for financial committee approvals in a volunteer organization.

What do you like best about Sertifi? It makes digitally signing/approving documents simple. Keeps track of who has already signed & when. It's great because it also give the opportnity for comments as to why the document was approved or disapproved. What do you dislike about Sertifi? My only dislike is the fact that I cannot log-in to the account from their external site. I can only log on through an email link once action has been taken on a document.
