You literally have a messenger app built into the website; any time I have had a question, I open this up, ask my question, and receive a response within minutes, if not seconds - I have never seen customer service this good. Nice tool to track positions for multiple project, make site audit and keep an eye on its health.

What do you like best? They offer assistance via Skype, Chat and mail, show how to use their tool and what are benefits and additional opportunities. A great tool for an even better price

What do you like best? Easily the price. I run a small web show and the expensive SEO tools our out of my reach. Serpstat gives me the ability to dig deep and find niche keywords for our evolving content. Each show we broadcast has a different guest, a different movie/genre and thus a different set of keywords. Awesome Tool

What do you like best? Their Interface. It has this sleek look. All the data you need is right at your finger tips. My favorite tool is The missing keywords tool that tells you the keywords a competitor is not ranking for. I also love their customer service. Readily responds to questions. What do you dislike?
