What do you like best about Sendoso? The ability to customize messages and send gifts to prospects to offer more of a personal feel. What do you like best about Sendoso? I love the convenience of Sendoso. It directly integrates with our current system so I am able to easily access, use and track it. I love that they provide a handwritten note, thats the personal touch client gifts need. What do you dislike about Sendoso? I wish there was more variety on the type of gifts. What do you like best? Sendoso has thought through every scenario and aspect when it comes to sending out Direct Mail - whether it's from the sales team or the marketing team, they done an amazing job to fulfill on possible pitfalls when it comes to mailing and tracking results. We're a brand new customer but so far everything has been amazing getting onboarded with our CSM, Denise! What do you dislike? Too soon to know yet, but hoping it's nothing major! "Great tool - Easy to Use! "

What do you like best about Sendoso? In my experience, figuring out who owns/orders schwag has been an issue. Sendoso takes out the guesswork and allows collaboration (and structure) between teams. The demo was really easy to follow and I feel comfortable having my team use Sendoso to order/manage schwag moving forward. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Nothing so far. What do you like best? I love the ease of sending gifts via sendoso, and the ability to track opens and when a prospect receives the coffee. I've only used it for e-gift card gifting at a low value, but it's been solid. What do you dislike? I'd like to see us be able to send more, but I think that just comes with our plan. What do you like best about Sendoso? The platform takes the distributed effort of mailing campaigns and streamlines it as much as one can hope to.
