What do you like best about Sendoso? I think that sendoso creates a easy way to gift and connect with clients. The options available are pretty great and integrate will with our business. What do you like best about Sendoso? Having the option between gift cards, the Sendoso marketplace, and your own internal swag makes it an easy all-in-one solution for B2B gifting needs. What do you dislike about Sendoso? When I first started using Sendoso, some of the process felt non intuitive and had a learning curve (the concept of "touches".) What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sendoso provides a convenient platform for customer rewards, gifting and incentives.

What do you like best about Sendoso? I enjoy being able to tailor gifts to different personas. I particularly like sending flowers and coffee to staff during difficult or busy times of the year. The personalized note is a nice touch, too. What do you dislike about Sendoso? If a gift isn't delivered or an address cannot be confirmed, I don't always get the money back from Sendoso. What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is pretty user friendly and works well enough for its purpose of sending gifts! What do you dislike about Sendoso? Sendoso requires multiple clicks and sometimes back and forth of screens, copy pasting, to get gifting links. But it's understandable What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sendoso helps our business development team encourage prospects to attend meetings and as thank-you for their attendance

What do you like best about Sendoso? Really great tool which can really help with sales outreach. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The amount of options to send to EMEA. Hard to sync it with SalesLoft. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Making direct mail more automatic.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Fast, easy, simple to send out gifts. Many great baked treats, which tend to perform the best. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Their website is a little slow. Probably a bigger investment in technology would be a good idea. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Instead of cold calling or cold email, a gift invokes an emotional response. It's worked great with prospects that have never answered my emails or have hung up on me.
