What do you like best about Sendoso? "Customer Success is amazing, product itself needs lots of help"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Honestly, my favorite part of Sendoso is my CSM. He's incredible. Also, brainstorming touches and send sequences with the Sendoso team is super helpful. They get quotes and source items, suggest ideas, etc. Support is always quick to reply and great about keeping me updating when something takes longer than usual to resolve. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? The main issue with our company is having awareness of our brand before we call in. What do you like best about Sendoso? Amazon pass through is a unique feature that you can't find elsewhere What do you dislike about Sendoso? Everything else. The customer service is awful, the send times are much much longer than is promised, when something goes wrong with vendors that they send perishables through they place blame on vendors rather than trying to solve the issue.
