What do you like best? It's super easy to use & clients love it. Especially in the Pandemic era, you can send gift cards for coffee, lunch & learns, etc What do you dislike? Unsure...I'm yet to come across any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer attention. I'm able to get customers to agree to meetings & provide nudges for a follow-up.

I love how many gifts there are to choose from and think it is great that you can ask the prospect to confirm their address before it ships and you're charged. I also love that you get notifications through out the delivery journey so I know when to follow up with the prospect. What do you like best? Sendoso is magical! What do you like best about Sendoso? I like the options they have to offer and also the ability to change the amount What do you dislike about Sendoso? I wish you could package them into the same email What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? no problems - but i think its a great way to bring a conversation back if it went dark - when they open the email, your name pops up and you can refer back to that when you call

Inputting emails when on prospects SalesLoft page, wish it was integrated a little better. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Sendoso? I like the easy templates to send to prospects everything from (alcohol, gift cards, in person or electronically)! Knowing there are options to send is convenient and knowing there are different forms to keep track of what you send is spectacular. One other idea I had was the use of Visa gift card. Allowing the prospect to choose whatever they need at that point in their life. Maybe they want to support a small business that we have no familiarity with ...

What do you like best about Sendoso? Plugin integration with google chrome - does what I need it to do. What do you dislike about Sendoso? This tool could be even better if it helped me track engagement and campaigns. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sendoso allows me to send materials that go well beyond the confines of my corporate marketing team closet. Some clients are really delighted by the process.

"Great way to have a touch point with customers / prospects as well as generate meetings"

What do you like best? Easy to use/navigate. Good excuse for a touch point vs. "checking in" email. Automated updates to let you know when processed, shipped, and received along with tracking. Integrated with and automatically saves to CRM tool. Hand written notes a nice touch. What do you dislike? Confirmation of home address during Covid a bit clunky, but new.
