"Completely changed how we approached ABM"
What do you like best? Sendoso has an enormous catalog of potential gifts, and they are flexible in terms of adding new vendors and shipping out branded items from our usual vendor. Customer support is very responsive and always solves what I'm looking for. What do you like best about Sendoso? I think the notification as soon as they open it is especially helpful for follow-up and outreach. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The selection could be expanded and the time to receive things from amazon while not controllable is something i'd like to see improve What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? We are utilizing sendoso for outbound outreach and driving traffic to events that produce pipeline revenue for our organization.

"A great tool when you need to say more than "Thank you""
What do you like best? Easy to use and gift choices are endless! What do you dislike? Emails can be delayed when receiving a notification that the customer opened your email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My role allows me to talk to many different customers and after a first initial meeting, they are likely to remember my name after receiving a gift. What do you like best about Sendoso? The ability to send gifts for promotions and immediately create a reason to contact. It is very easy to send an egift to a prospect and then pick up the phone and call them with a valid reason why you are calling. The gift options are great and its easy to track when a gift is delivered, used or still in transit. "Easy and Straightforward"
What do you like best? It integrates with your all accounts! I am able to log onto Amazon and send Sendoso's What do you dislike? Really only the big "S" on the side of the screen. But that's so picky! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to talk to our customers about something other than business. What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is fully integrated with Sales Force and with send notifications, the BDRs and AEs know exactly when to follow up on receipt of touch, and who doesn't enjoy receiving something personalized? I love the address verification feature and the option to send to a charitable donation for those unable to receive gifts. There's something for everyone. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best about Sendoso? The whole concept of Sendoso is fantastic.
