What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso makes it extremely easy to reward and gift clients and prospects. All this is down seamlessly with many integrations and a chrome extension. All activity is tracked and mapped back to CRM so you can associate this expense with an opportunity. As a rep, they make it easy to make me look good.. which isn't an easy job. "Fun and easy software that helps make customer experience better"
What do you like best about Sendoso? I love how easy it is to send our customers quick and easy items like flowers or e-gift cards to cheer them up. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best? We're able to utilize a project manager to help us prep for direct mail campaigns which makes things a lot easier to execute. With-in the tool, set up is easy as well. We can create new campaigns for events, product launches, customer appreciation, etc. in such a short time. The off the shelf inventory of direct mail gifts is great as well. What do you dislike? "It's so simple to use"
What do you like best? I love the ease of the software. You can see your budget, what items you can send, and you can even track where the item went. What do you dislike? Honestly, it's amazing. I love it and don't have any complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? People love gifts. When someone gets a gift, it generates a talking point and therefor leads you to a better relationship!

What do you like best? Sendoso is an invaluable tool in my sales tech stack. A big part of my job and likely any sales role is building relationships and getting your prospects to trust and respect you. It helps if they like you as a person too! Going out of your way to send a coffee card or gift card as a thank you for their time, either in advance of your meeting or after, is a great way to show that you appreciate them and the time they are taking out of their day to hear you out. "Sendoso is super helpful for bulk sends but could use some improvement with their UI"
What do you like best about Sendoso? We like that we can send custom things to the Sendoso warehouse to have on hand for various marketing promotions, or send things that Sendoso keeps in inventory, because being able to do bulk sends is huge. What do you like best? It integrates with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, or you can go directly to their website to send e-gifts to prospects. It also allows you to save templates for faster messaging. What do you dislike? The Uber Eats option sends from Sendoso rather than coming from my email like Grub Hub. What do you like best? I have personally had fantastic experiences in working with Sendoso. They bring a unique way of doing business to the events world and during Covid-19 I have been able to use them still where other company froze. They have very good customer services and are quick to respond. I have 1 POC and he is terrific tow work with. He is helpful and very knowledgeable.
