What do you like best about Sendoso? Being able to thank prospects and folks who are helping champion a deal not only helps me drive more conversations, but I love that Sendoso allows you to see when someone has opened your gift. "Sendoso is a game changer for Customer Marketing"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso integrations with CRM make sending and tracking customer gifts breezy. Touchpoints are easy to create and link to CRM, and the integrations make following up with our customers, to ensure they download our gifts, clear and simple. "I like to use Sendoso before discovery calls to increase the chances of attendance."

What do you like best about Sendoso? That the giftcard allows three options, including doordash. Allowing the prospect to pick what they want. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Nothing that stands out that needs to be imrpoved. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Increase chances of prospect showing, and decreaseing chances of reschedule/ no show.

I have a wide variety of unique gift options to help capture my prospects attention but to also help build relationships with current clients no matter their indentity. "Makes small touches meaningful"

What do you like best about Sendoso? I love the ease of Sendoso. It does take some getting used to, but once you've learned, then you're set! I work with Community at my organization, so we're always sending out small touches to users worldwide, and we can get it done with Sendoso. There's also such an ease of integration with Salesforce and all our campaigns. What do you dislike about Sendoso? "Easy platform, with clear insights!"

What do you like best about Sendoso? I love that you can see when someone has opened/clicked your send in real-time. Being in sales, this has helped me keep track of when my engaged prospects are online and engaging with our content. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Can't think of any features I dislike. It's a great tool What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sendoso makes it super easy to give your reps autonomy over gifting.

"Helps me send swag to my customers"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is plugged in right to our CRM so after I close a deal, I can send the customer some swag from us (tshirts, etc) and it makes it super easy. I love that I don't have to have their address to the customer can confirm themselves. I use Sendoso daily and it really helps me stay connected to my customers. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best about Sendoso? I can send virtual gifts. I haven't used many of the physical ones. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Selection of choices, and sometimes the "Choice" piece becomes fixated on a certain price, ie $10 coffee card What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Spoiling my customers
