What do you like best about Sendoso? When sending gifts, also referred to as "touches" in Sendoso, the ordering process is fairly simple and there are lots of options. During COVID-19, it has been very nice to be able to continue to mail gifts since Sendoso has a function that allows us to ask the recipient to confirm their address. This is how we get their home address vs. office, and the address provided by the recipient is only used once (it's not saved) nor is it synced up with our CRM. ...

"Great multi-touch platform for sales nurturing"

What do you like best about Sendoso? The Sendoso integration with Marketo and Salesforce work great for our team. In addition, the platform is easy to use to update and add new touches or sends to contacts. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The lead time from when someone is added to receive a direct mail item to when it's shipped can sometimes be long. It's not outside of the SLA agreement though. "Great platform once you get familiar with it"

What do you like best? I love the variety of touch options that we're able to choose from. You can definitely find a unique gift for any prospect/customer, whether it is a succulent, a book, something sweet, or even going as simple and safe as an eGift (which is great when you don't have people's physical addresses). What do you dislike? I find that it can be hard to navigate if you don't have a lot of experience with the platform. When going through a brief training, it seemed intuitive, ...

What do you like best about Sendoso? Being able to send Internationally is a great feature. What do you dislike about Sendoso? That you can't search for new products to include in Touches, must rely on someone at Sendoso to give options. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Unable to go visit customers. The coffee and food cards are a great alternative.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Allows me to be hands off as a leader which is great. What do you dislike about Sendoso? That you cannot add more than 1 amazon gift when sending in a grouping. What do you like best about Sendoso? During COVID, we have been able to easily continue gifting as Sendoso allows for the ability for the recipient to confirm their address. This is also data compliant and allows us to gift to those working from home. The interface is intuitive and easy to use too! What do you dislike about Sendoso?
