"Great way to surprise and delight your customers!"

What do you like best about Sendoso? It's always nice to surprise and delight your customers and prospects. With Sendoso it makes sending direct mail easy and streamlined. Additionally, the integration into our CRM is helpful to track and understand who has received what, when, and follow up with that individual more personally. What do you like best about Sendoso? The ability to provide both physical and digital thank you to clients and prospects is immensely valuable during the pandemic. It's a great way to build rapport, keep engagement and adoption high and provide extra value. What do you dislike about Sendoso? "It's the service and support that sets this one apart"

What do you like best about Sendoso? I've worked with numerous vendors over the years in this space. And most of them approach the process (and platform) from a very similar perspective. But for me the Sendoso advantage is our support and service Team; while we don't need hand-holding (most of the time :)), we have gained so much form the time our Success Team provides us. "Helps scale ABM tactics, especially in the world of no in person meetings"

What do you like best about Sendoso? I love that my sales team is enabled to send things at their own discretion, without having to constantly ask me to send swag, or if they are allowed to do XYZ when it comes to prospect or customer appreciation, gifts, etc. The SDR's have had luck with sending coffee gift cards to potential meeting prospects, and it's a nice thought, especially with COVID going on. My own lack of utilization is largely the only issue here. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Gift giving in a work-from-home environment is now made simpler.

"Made our swag campaigns light years easier!"

What do you like best about Sendoso? That I don't have to pack swag boxes for our sales reps any more. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The pick pack cost is steep and the international shipping stinks (they use USPS which is often not the best choice b/c USPS doesn't track once it hits the recipients country). What do you like best about Sendoso? Sending thank you's to customers and nurturing prospects with gifts can be a bit of a pain but is so valuable for relationship management.
