What do you like best about Sendoso? Once inventory is at the warehouse, sending is extremely easy. Lots of opportunities to share the capabilities with sales and CS teams with pre-determined budgets. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Sending clothing inventory by shirt size can be a bit wasteful in terms of packaging materials and cost for smaller scale operations. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Our company uses sendoso to encourage potential customers to take meetings with our Account Executives and get an introduction to our product in exchange for a small gift. What do you like best about Sendoso? I love that my sales team is enabled to send things at their own discretion, without having to constantly ask me to send swag, or if they are allowed to do XYZ when it comes to prospect or customer appreciation, gifts, etc. The SDR's have had luck with sending coffee gift cards to potential meeting prospects, and it's a nice thought, especially with COVID going on.
