The ability to create branded swags, bundle them and add them to inventory to be able to send them at the click of a button. Great customer success and project managers to help along the way. What do you like best about Sendoso? I love how Sendoso is integrated into SFDC giving the Sales and CX teams the ability to send something right from the contact record in SFDC. They're already there logging notes from calls. What do you dislike about Sendoso? I wish it was faster to send customized gifts from Amazon. The only downside I've come across from Sendoso right now is the hurdles you have to go through to send to customers overseas.
