"Great platform for direct mail and eGifts"

What do you like best about Sendoso? The platform integrates with our technology which is paramount. The on-demand gift list is extremely helpful for getting started quickly. The company has started being very responsive to product feedback and a lot of the new updates are a big improvement to UX. Support is very hands on and communicative. What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso makes sending our merch to employees, customers, and prospects so easy. The support I've received from their team via chat and email has been invaluable! What do you like best about Sendoso? It is quick and easy to use. Helps me keep in touch with customers. What do you dislike about Sendoso? "Very easy to use"

What do you like best about Sendoso? I do like how you can utilize the Salesforce widget and keep track of gifts from there. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Only downside was that Sendoso ran out of gift inventory around the holidays. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Clients really liked that they could enter their home address, since most were working from home. It's a nice, personal touch and we all could use a pick-me-up.

What do you like best about Sendoso? The convenience of using within Salesforce. What do you dislike about Sendoso? With todays aversion to fraudulent emails - users are very reluctant to open the links unless it is announced prior to sending. Recommendations to others considering Sendoso: Send the gift links under your own email. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the problem of rewarding performance instantly.
