"A good service that could be better about processing inventory"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is easy to use and I like that we can easily send to a group of people through the CSV template. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Processing time for items we ship in is extremely long. We also had an incident in which the team sent our items to the wrong warehouse, and they were not very apologetic. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? We send bulk giftboxes to our members fairly easily.

Being able to have a community to bounce ideas off of and see what has worked for others. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The UI and functionality could use a bit of work. There is a higher cost associated with working through Sendoso for physical gifts, so it's a cost/effort question. The international capabilities still need work. What do you like best about Sendoso? I like the platform and it is scalable and the customer success team. What do you dislike about Sendoso? There is still room for improvement and that's related to the platform but the CSM team helps mitigate the gap. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?
