"Great way to have a touch point with customers / prospects as well as generate meetings"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Easy to use/navigate. Good excuse for a touch point vs. "checking in" email. Automated updates to let you know when processed, shipped, and received along with tracking. Integrated with and automatically saves to CRM tool. Hand written notes a nice touch.
