What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is generally clear to navigate through and track all parts of the engagement process with clients. I love that you can upload a spreadsheet of contact information and track the progress/stage of various touchpoints. What do you like best about Sendoso? I have personally had fantastic experiences in working with Sendoso. They bring a unique way of doing business to the events world and during Covid-19 I have been able to use them still where other company froze. They have very good customer services and are quick to respond. I have 1 POC and he is terrific tow work with. He is helpful and very knowledgeable. What do you like best about Sendoso? On top of the great gifting options, there are several integrations that help make Sendoso a seamless part of the process. I'm a big fan of the Gmail integration that allows me to send directly from my email without leaving the platform. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso makes it so easy for our teams to curate and send direct mail packages to prospects and customers. The integrations to Salesforce, Outreach, and other platforms allow our sellers to integrate the sends easily into their workflows and we as a marketing team have much more insight into what is proving ROI from direct mail. "Easy to use with lots of customizable options"
What do you like best about Sendoso? Variety of send options and ability to be customizable. What do you dislike about Sendoso? It was a bit tricky to learn the lingo at first and ability to organize touches could be improved What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the monotonous mass email problem with personalized innovative points of contact.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Ease of use and lots of choices to provide. What do you dislike about Sendoso? More options for gifts from other resources. Branding options such as shirts, hats, and such What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes recipients will not click the automated link thinking it is spam or unsafe. I have to send the link from my email so they recognize it is a valid sender.

What do you like best about Sendoso? A big part of my job is interviewing customers, so I'm sending tons of gift cards all over the world. Sendoso makes it easy to send internal gifts, personalize touches rather than default to Amazon, and manage my budget. They also house our swag which is HUGE, especially for a small company. What do you like best about Sendoso? Easy to send out gift cards and other gifts to prospects and customers. What do you dislike about Sendoso? I wish there were reminders sent to the recipients of the gifts we send so they remember to redeem them. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Unique touch reaching out to prospects and showing we value them throughout the sales process.

"Great for remote sales teams!"
What do you like best about Sendoso? I love how easy Sendoso is to use & how it adds a biiiit more of a personal touch to remote sales outreach. It's hard to actually meet with people nowadays so this really changes things up.
