What do you like best about Sendoso? I manage a team of Business Development reps. We have 20 of them. Gifting has always been a great way to provide value and get the attention of prospects and customers in a meaningful way. With the pandemic, most people are out of the office. What do you like best about Sendoso? I like that it easily integrates with Salesforce and I have a variety of options to send to clients. I do prefer to send the e-giftcards right now. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The email to the client goes out from a weird email address so sometimes it can end up in people's spam folder. What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso tries to make keeping a closet full of swag ancient history. We shiped all of our existing inventory to the Sendoso warehouse, and from there had planned to ship it to the individuals we wanted. Simple. However things are complicated. We pay to ship the swag to the warehouse, then pay for it to be gathered and packed and shipped out. If you want to pull some swag into your own office to have available you will pay for that again. What do you like best about Sendoso? I like that Sendoso offers a variety of gifts depending on your needs: gift cards in all different currencies, branded swag, and more! I also love that it integrates with our customer community platform, Influitive. We used to have to send customer welcome gifts and rewards manually -- now it is fully automated with Sendoso. "Easy Way to Gift Customers"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is a really easy way for us to send customer gifts without jumping through a bunch of hoops. There are so many options; hundreds of gift cards, physical items, edible items... even a chrome extension that lets you choose items from Amazon to send.
