What do you like best about Sendoso? Great gifting options as part of their Sendoso Direct catalog if you're in a hurry. Working with their send curators is a snap and they are so helpful when you're trying to ideate on a campaign. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The platform itself could allow for more easy editing of touches or funding sources once you've created them. What do you like best about Sendoso? The variety of options provided by the platform as well as the user friendly interface makes it easy for me to engage with prospects and customize my messaging. What do you dislike about Sendoso? There isn't much to dislike about Sendoso! What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso had helped me with ease of giving out campaign incentive across the region to multiple countries in a single platform. What do you like best about Sendoso? Their onboarding was efficient and we were excited that we had made the right long-term choice for our company. What do you dislike about Sendoso? We have had nothing but problems with our send through Sendoso. Their warehouse inventory programs are inefficient and don't communicate to the rest of their internal systems. Personally, I like the options to personalize gifts: whether it be through personal notes from a sales rep, or by allowing gifts to be triggered by engagement activity.
