What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso makes it very easy to incentivize our customers or prospects to take a particular action. Also, their ability to design and create new products in the platform has been huge. It has become a one-stop shop for all my branded item needs. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso gives a wide variety of options for different segments of people: customers, prospects, internal employees, etc. I also enjoy the various choices including merchandise and experiences. What do you like best about Sendoso? Ease of sending gifts and spiffs for multiple teams. I love that we can control budgets for other departments, and when it works, it works SO well. The direct Sendoso sends are creative and fun. The ability to order directly from swag.com makes life easy. In theory, this is a great product. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best about Sendoso? Integration is easy to set up & it works as an automated sending option. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Quality of product sends & branding could be elevated. SLA are incredibly high and cannot be used for time sensitive sends. Expect 1+ week of processing. "Easy to use, warehouse good, reporting needs work"
What do you like best about Sendoso? The warehouse feature is more robust than some competitors. We are able to leverage it for fulfillment for some of our events which is very helpful since we don't have enough space in the office. What do you dislike about Sendoso?
