No refunds when E-Gifts are not redeemed Recommendations to others considering Sendoso: Do it! Find the budget to make it happen. "It's Ok"
What do you like best about Sendoso? They are quick in responding to issues and orders outside SLA. The site is fairly easy to use and navigate Joining the Sendoso Supersendors has allowed me to elaborate my issues to a team that will see them What do you dislike about Sendoso? Orders are consistently outside of SLA. The orders used to be sent in 3-5 days and now it is taking upwards of 9 business days to get orders out. "Sendoso Making A Difference"
What do you like best about Sendoso? We are loving the "all hands on deck" style of service and a couple of months in and we're already seeing results! The SDR team is on fire and is enjoying this tool to generate qualified leads. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best about Sendoso? I love the ability to send our prospective customers and customers gifts from a single, easy-to-use platform (or from Marketo, Outreach or Gmail via their integrations) and set budgets for our sales team so they can send gifts, too. It's a great conversation starter, door opener and way to show appreciation to existing customers. AND I love that it's all trackable in Salesforce. What do you like best about Sendoso? One of the most helpful things is having the dashboard view to see how my teams have been utilizing Sendoso and their respective budgets. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Not much, it's very easy to use and our CSM is really helpful in helping me understand the platform! What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to quickly and easily send meeting reminders to prospects and engaging them before a meeting.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is an easy way to send a customer a gift, especially in the new remote world. It allowed me to show my customers that I appreciate them and was a quick way to spread thanks! What do you dislike about Sendoso? I had a hard time with the availability of other countries. What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is the right tool for a company our size. We primarily use it for one-off "ABM" sends but occasionally do marketing campaigns.
