What do you like best about Sendoso? I love the comment section where I can add my personalization! What do you dislike about Sendoso? The search bar can be fickle when trying to find specific things. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to send gifts to prospects that make a safe and secure impression on their end.

What do you like best about Sendoso? I like the sendoso direct catalog. Then What do you dislike about Sendoso? You do not have to have your own warehouse of items to send. That being said I also like that you can customize with your own logo for some items too. The salesforce integration is also ideal. What do you like best about Sendoso? I love the convenience of the platform and am excited to use this as an engagement platform for our customers. What do you dislike about Sendoso? It is a little problematic that people can only claim gifts once. We had to create a large number of workflows in Hubspot to account for that. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? It is making our Refer and Earn program much easier on our finance team

What do you like best about Sendoso? It's a white glove tool that allows us to send direct mail at scale as well as on an individual basis through sales. The address confirmation feature takes manual list work out of the process, and sourcing gifts is a breeze. What do you dislike about Sendoso? What do you like best about Sendoso? Integration with Salesforce is useful, Sendoso onboarding process is professionally delivered. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Price, the cost of the platform is extremely high in my view. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Centralising gifting across multiple business functions such as sales, marketing, HR. Ability to track spend versus budget is useful.
