"Great Product but missing integrations"

What do you like best about Sendoso? The flexibility and options of gifts and customized wordings that allows users to choose and click rather than having to stop and think. What do you dislike about Sendoso? International sends and customized gifts. Handmade would be a fantastic add but the variety is enough to make a difference. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching out to clients at a larger scale.

"Great channel for Sales and Marketing teams."

What do you like best about Sendoso? Allow potential consumers to select the type of eGift they want (ie Amazon, Target, DoorDash, etc.). Option to have our own inventory for custom and branded items. Increases retention rate. Live tracking updates. Notifications when packages are shipped and delivered. "Great way to build customer advocacy"

What do you like best about Sendoso? I love being able to upload a spreadsheet and send multiple gifts/gift cards to attendees after an event. HUGE time saver! What do you dislike about Sendoso? Shipping can take a long time and it is hard to know in real-time where something is in the shipping process. "Using Direct Mail to scale out regional self serve ABM Marketing"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Being able to create special touches to add to specific campaigns, AND in salesforce. This feature has been crucial for Field marketing regional campaign execution. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Not being able to drill down more with users vs just teams. the salesforce specifications do not always work appropriately, so when doing account specific programs, there becomes more onus on the admin then on the sales rep. What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso makes it easy to manage my sales team and their sends. When managing a marketing campaign, the CSM is readily available and quick to help! What do you dislike about Sendoso? Processing times are slow, and the consistency of updates isn't great. Adds additional work having to fully PM. "Great software for ABM"

What do you like best about Sendoso? The best features include Sendoso direct (cookies, succulents, etc.) and address confirmation. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Sometimes it can take a while for the sends to ship out from the warehouse. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sendoso sends branded and non branded items to our customers and allows address confirmation so that you don't have to have the exact address in order to complete a send to a customer.
