Can't think of many downsides from my experiences with the platform. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to send "Thank you" gifts to prospects/clients for spending time with us on an evaluation.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso has made my first meeting show-up rate significantly higher What do you dislike about Sendoso? I wouldn't say I dislike anything but the open link tracking is inaccurate. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Increse first meeting show-up rate; Help build business relationships

The ice breaker for new prospects and / or a quick thank you for several people that attended a recent meeting.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is easy to use, integrates with our tech stack, and the most recent updates to adding items to send make administration a dream. What do you dislike about Sendoso? I'm looking forward to improvements to analytics. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sendoso increases engagement in the sales process and improves the relationship in a post-sale environment. We are seeing faster deal cycles.

"Extremely easy to send and track surprise and delights to advocates."

What do you like best about Sendoso? I love the variety that is available and the ability to customize. I also love the support the staff offers when designing campaigns. It is also extremely easy to create touches and complete sends. I also have the ability to easily track send if an advocate reaches out with questions. What do you dislike about Sendoso? "Sendoso saved me!"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso allows me to fully realize the benefits of remote work by storing all of my branded swag and shipping it out for me! No need to go into the office to pack up swag, no need to stand in line at UPS, and no need to store swag in my house! What do you dislike about Sendoso? The interface could be updated a bit, but overall it's fantastic! What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Shipping out swag after events!

What do you like best about Sendoso? I like that Sendoso makes it easy to send gifts to clients, and has a decent variety of options for those who may have specific preferences. The send tracking is really handy as well! What do you dislike about Sendoso? My only complaint is that sometimes Sendoso emails find themselves in the spam folders, which may not be within the Sendoso team's control.
