"Great experience with Sendoso."

What do you like best about Sendoso? I appreciate the ease of use with Sendoso. The platform is easy to navigate, and I like creating sends and distributing with just a few clicks of a button. "It's a fun idea but more of a nice-to-have"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Helps create a good reason to send a follow up email or reminder to a meeting. It makes me feel good to give something in return for them meeting with me. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Some people get offended by you sending a gift card. I've had a few people respond saying "do you think I can't afford my own coffee?" "Sendoso send with Passport"

What do you like best about Sendoso? I love sending people "pick-me-up gifts, and Sendoso makes that easy. Who doesn't like a little coffee gift card or surprise cookies in the mail?! It's also fun to build out campaigns and find the perfect gift to send with it. What do you dislike about Sendoso? I wish there were more small gift options. "Great international based sending platform"

What do you like best about Sendoso? We transitioned to Sendoso from another sending platform because we needed the ability to warehouse and send swag internationally. Now Sendoso has warehouses in the UK, EU, Australia, and the USA, which has dramatically cut down our shipping costs. "Great tool for incentivizing"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso is great for incentivizing along the sales pipeline. It was helpful to increase meeting attendance rates. What do you dislike about Sendoso? I wish there was an integration with our Pardot to make it easier to use on our marketing side. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us solve ghosted meeting with sales. We incentivize attendance using Sendoso and have found it useful.

"I really enjoyed using Sendoso as a customer service tool."

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso was intuitive and easy to use. I felt it was user-friendly for the customer, especially if they wanted to swap out their gift. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The cost was our biggest gripe with Sendoso. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? It was beneficial for us when it came to nonresponsive customers and being able to offer a gift in exchange for their time.

"Sendoso surpasses a DIY model for Inventory/ Shipment management but UI can be non-sensical at times"

What do you like best about Sendoso? Upsides: Accurate reflection of inventory on-hand, easy to order new branded materials (e.g. notecards, stickers), can see what other teams are pulling from inventory. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The Touch vs Send logic is confusing for training new folks to the system.
