What do you like best about Sendoso? I love that I can have all our team members on Sendoso. It can do so much for us. We can enable our AEs and BDRs with everything they need to have creative ways to reach potential customers. Our account management teams can easily share appreciation with current customers. What do you like best about Sendoso? I've always used Sendoso at past companies as well as my current company. I love that it's super easy to use and intuitive. What do you like best about Sendoso? Easy to generate links to gifts to embed in emails. The integration with outreach has also been useful so you can send gifts to prospects from directly within Outreach and not have to hop between tools What do you dislike about Sendoso? The open/clicked/used notifications are not always the most accurate. Ie. if an email with a gift link is caught in spam filter, it will say link was clicked instantly at time of send. What do you like best about Sendoso? Super easy to use, simple UX/UI and overall a great product that is very embedded in our workflows! What do you dislike about Sendoso? I have been using Sendoso for almost 2 years now, I can't think of any downfalls of the product. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Sendoso? Great customer support that simplifies sending direct mail and gifting. With warehouses globally, it's easy to send gifts and have them arrive quickly. Also, customer service is top notch. What do you dislike about Sendoso? The reporting dashboards and tools within their SFDC integration could be improved upon. What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso does make customer gifting a breeze. I can easily integrate Sendoso into our customer engagement campaigns and advocacy activities, What do you dislike about Sendoso? Sendoso considers a gift card sent through email redeemed in the email is opened. It doesn't matter is the recipient never actually claimed the gift card.
