What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso's owned and opersted warehouses makes inventory storage and shipments easy. Additionally Sendoso has more robust gifting options and inventory. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Nothing all works as expected and anticipated What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Sourcing, storing and shipping inverntory for propsect and client gifting programs.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Gift options, direct mail, and the food choices that you can send to prospects. Sendoso has made a lot of changes to the platform which I enjoy What do you dislike about Sendoso? I do not like the option of the gift cards that we still get charged if the prospect does not redeem it What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? No proglems so far.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Love the UI and new functionality with the catalog being integrated to the touches dashboard. Great options for thank you gifts and high end gift baskets. What do you like best about Sendoso? I like the selections and offering of eGifts. What do you dislike about Sendoso? Setting up automations is a learning curve. I feel support is good, but curation and csm team could be more helpful. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to engage bottom-of-funnel prospects.

What do you like best about Sendoso? Sendoso takes the stress away from gifting at scale. I'm able to focus on my larger customer gifting campaigns because I know Sendoso will handle the packaging, address confirmation, and delivery. Also LOVE how it seamlessly integrates with our advocacy program through Influitive. What do you dislike about Sendoso? "Easy UX, wish there were more options"

What do you like best about Sendoso? it integrates well with sfdc and outreach. What do you dislike about Sendoso? there are so many buttons and drop downs to click before sending something. for e.x. i never have an address so i always revert to that option, but every time i have to click and then do a drop down or two. i wish you could customize the preferred settings. What problems is Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you? being able to send unique touches to a prospect

What do you like best about Sendoso? I LOVE sending a $10 Coffee Card reminder for a Presentation or event. There is the philosophy of "let me know either way and Lunch is on me" Sendoso makes that so EASY! I can gift a lunch noting that, "hey it's the end of the quarter, I'm feeling it too, so here's lunch on me". What do you dislike about Sendoso? When I hit Enter to the next paragraph, I wish it wasn't always double-spaced. Sometimes I want it single-spaced next ...

What do you like best about Sendoso? I love how easy it is to manage inventory for our sends and also how they offer a direct marketplace to accommodate any gifting needs. What do you dislike about Sendoso? I dislike that you cannot go in and modify an order once it has been submitted, even if it's still processing.
