Finally, a shipping service without a subscription fee!
I've been looking for a service that would allow me to ship parcels using my own boxes without a monthly subscription fee. I need this service only sporadically, but it is critical issue when I do need it. I am so glad I found Sendly. It is easy to navigate their website; it is easy to print their labels; it is easy to schedule a pickup; and my package was delivered one day earlier than promised!

ZERO star if possible
This used to be a decent company, but now it is by far the worst. No one ever shows up for pickups, I have booked, rescheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled and rescheduled again only to cancel the pick up as the driver can't seem to figure out how a building intercom and reception desk works. I live in a major metro area with parking for couriers, detailed instructions to get into the building (press a doorbell) and a fully staffed reception. Not worth it
Have sent 17 parcels through Sendle as an ebay seller, they lost one and are returning another (which I only found out as the buyer sent me a message asking where it was, and why Sendle left them a delivery card with no pick up instructions on it). This is an unacceptable rate of failure from my point of view and the fees and refunds I have had to pay negate any savings I might have made. Sticking with Australia Post now.

whoever dropped off my package
whoever dropped off my package, litterally dropped it, i heard it, i would hate if the item was fragile and broke on impact, not good service

I run a small business in Sydney, Australia. I organised 3 international orders for pick up on the 23/09/2021. They were never picked up, I emailed sendle multiple times and they never responded to me. I had my customers questioning me about where their parcel was and why it hasn’t moved. Till this day, sendle has still not responded to me and I had to send the parcels through Australia Post, paying out of my own pocket.
