I had my parcel booked to be picked up on Monday the 2nd of November, I got an email saying "attempt to pick up failed" when it was left on my front door step . It then got rescheduled to Wednesday the 4th, still didn't get picked up . When I emailed them, because its impossible to call them, they said "we will pick up next business day at our own cost" like im sorry, why would I pay for YOUR DELAY?!!! Sendle are clearly a scam company

Sendle are clearly a scam company. I demanded a phone number when my package went missing and days later the reply I was given was that they don't have a phone number due to the amount of cases they have to handle. 'Cases' being COMPLAINTS. I have seen numerous reviews of lost packages and I have security camera footage proof mine was never delivered, despite it being marked as such. EBay sellers seem fond of using this cheap service to save a few dollars, but it's not worth it. By ...
