What do you like best about Sendlane? The automation feature is fantastic. It allows me to put things in auto-mode and focus on other important initiatives while Sendlane takes care of the rest.

"Simple, comprehensive, easy-on-the-eye user interface! Excellent for beginners"

What do you like best about Sendlane? What I love the best about Sendlane is the UI (User Interface)... it is the first thing you see when opening the app and is very non-intimidating, which can be a turn-off when you are new to autoresponders and new to any particular platform. Words are large, navigation is easy, colors are lovely and unique. The helpdesk is very responsive and oh so patient for those of us who are still learning the system. What do you like best about Sendlane? Sendlane's customer service is EXCELLENT! They help with technical support, onboarding and answer any questions in a timely manner. The platform is very easy to use, user friendly and offers great insights.
