Poor customer service, they will de-activate you for no reason

So I opted for a free account and set 3 ones up for my clients. Sure, they on average send like 10 mails a day so not big spenders. After a couple of days I noticed I couldnt log into either of the 3 accounts anymore.... I reached out to their support:Thanks for reaching out. Useless - blocked by Microsoft

I tested Sendgrid with a free account today but the few messages I tried to send were all returned as undeliverable because Sendgrid's IPs are blocked by Microsoft - Outlook/Hotmail etc.So it's useless as half the world uses Microsoft or Gmail.

RELENTLESS SPAM PLATFORM - AVOID AVOID AVOID

I'm continually getting spam trash from these morons. I'm continually complaining and all they're doing is protecting their spammy customers. I would suggest that any legitimate company that cares about their reputation doesn't consider such an unscrupulous company like this lot. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sendgrind sends no more for me.

well.... I use it to send customer emails via woo-commerce. Someone somehow hacked my API key even though I only use gmail to send emails, the rest is automated through woo-commerce. Big Firewalls in place on server that have a zero tolerance for any kind of hacking.... 40K emails sent in 1 day, busted my account limits. Notified support via chat. They in turn placed a hold on my account. 5 days later... 5 submitted requests for a response.... NO response to trouble ticket, I contact some ...

SendGrid is the worst email provider. They suspended my account without refunding me and without letting me know what is the rules I am being violating.
