Easy to run into deadly traps

What do you like best? The price was good and the tool was ok if not super user friendly. What do you dislike? The fact that they don't take reasonable precautions to protect you against making mistakes Their incredibly difficult and condescending customer service when you do Old fashioned UI Recommendations to others considering the product Go somewhere else What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The most important result ...

A good took for better delivery of marketing emails

What do you like best? I like their dashboard and engagement metrics. It's easy to get to opens, clicks and failures. Sendgrid takes a step into the world of email marketing by adding lists, email categories, and working with CAN-SPAM to ensure delivery. What do you dislike? I've found the console to be a bit pokey. Putting together reports takes longer than I've experienced on similar services like Socketlabs. I'm coming from Socketlabs and had a little difficulty navigating but this ...

Very easy to use and manage

What do you like best? I was able try things out and experiment with different ideas quickly. The setup was simple and I could see how my email campaigns were going. I felt like I had a much better sense of what was going on. What do you dislike? There wasn't really anything major that I disliked. I kind of fumbled my way through this one concept I wanted to try out, so maybe I wasn't able to find solid documentation of different workflows? (I'm kind of guessing as to why I got stuck ...

Developer Needed For This Solution

What do you like best? SendGrid was great for our transactional emails, but wasn't a great solution for anything beyond that email type. What do you dislike? The SendGrid interface was VERY difficult to use when trying to create custom email designs. I consider myself a relatively tech-savvy person, with enough knowledge to edit HTML, but this required full knowledge of HTML writing in order to create a good custom design. It required some serious dedication from our developers in ...

Excellent SMTP Relay for User Interaction

What do you like best? An amazingly easy to setup SMTP service to deliver notifications to a large number of users of your web application or service. The API is solid and well documented, in addition, it's a trusted SMTP, so chances of your emails getting bounced are less. It's incredibly easy to setup and use. Pricing is incredibly competitive and great for startups if you're using under 200 mails a day. What do you dislike? There seriously isn't very much about this tool that I ...

The Worst Email Provider

SendGrid is the worst email provider. They suspended my account without refunding me and without letting me know what is the rules I am being violating.

Sendgrind sends no more for me.

well.... I use it to send customer emails via woo-commerce. Someone somehow hacked my API key even though I only use gmail to send emails, the rest is automated through woo-commerce. Big Firewalls in place on server that have a zero tolerance for any kind of hacking.... 40K emails sent in 1 day, busted my account limits. Notified support via chat. They in turn placed a hold on my account. 5 days later... 5 submitted requests for a response.... NO response to trouble ticket, I contact some ...
