So very bad.

Their customer service and support is abysmal, and their newsletter-buider is so, so, SO buggy I don't even know where to begin. Additionally, they don't manage their shared IPs well and we get repeatedly added to spam blacklists. Sendgrid has caused our company extreme embarrassment.Avoid this company. They are puzzlingly bad.

Great for transactional email!

What do you like best? It's easy to integrate, and has lots of docs to have a great newbie experience. What do you dislike? Their shared ips suck. They are flagged as spam by various spam checkers. If you are serious about your business, you will have to get a paid private ip, which I think is ok given there is no free lunch. One thing I have never got to work is spam report alerts. Simple solution, huge time saver

What do you like best? We use SendGrid because it integrates well with MailPoet's Wordpress plugin. Our newsletters are now automated, and that is an amazing feeling. What do you dislike? I've had no problems with SendGrid or its integration with MailPoet. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management - Now our team is able to focus on other projects, rather than spending valuable time laboring over weekly newsletter emails.

Great API for sending transactional emails

What do you like best? We currently use SendGrid for our transactional emails as well as our marketing emails (they recently added the marketing piece. It is flawless for transactional emails. I really like that I can have templates and edit them directly on the SendGrid site and then pass in whatever data I want via API when sending the emails. What do you dislike? Excellent email marketing Platform!!!

What do you like best? I love the navigation and ease of use as well as the customer service that tells you exactly how to operate this software solution. I found the platform to allow me to learn quickly as the layout is logical. Don't use sendgrid.

What do you like best? Nothing, they banned me after using the service for 12 hours. What do you dislike? I started developing using sendgrid to make write some email forwarding code. Sendgrid Review

What do you like best? I like that it integrates well with click funnels. What do you dislike? nothing comes to mind at this point. It is used in the backend to send emails. Recommendations to others considering the product Try it out and see if it works best for your needs What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
