What do you like best? The simplicity and user experience are amazing. I love all the features. Sendgrid makes our marketing efforts easy and straightforward. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is a simple system to jump in and start sending emails. The WYSISYG is good for basic editing. High level reporting is also easy to read and access. What do you dislike? What do you like best? When it works, it works just fine. Easy to use. I would recommend for marketing emails, just not transactional emails. What do you dislike? Support leaves a lot to be desired.
