Do any humans work at this company?? short-sided way of treating customers
What do you like best? nothing... I ran a campaign... and it shut down AS I was sending... no explanation... no report... I used their own blog post which shows links to check the status of your website and mine passed with no issues... so still confused why this happened... and what the decision was based on. What do you dislike? Obnoxious company culture... no humanity No transparency with their decisions... rude, cold way of interrupting service... no one has ...

Initially very positive, but vaguely disappointing
What do you like best? The transactional mail service concept. Don't use marketing mail as Mailchimp do this much better and frankly are a better company all round (business concept/pricing breaks/interface/support in what they do, plus they have an affiliate program. What do you dislike? As a small business which caters to small business, it is a big jump between the entry level essentials to something with a dedicated IP address and ability to whitelabel. Interface is easy enough ...

Transactional Godsend

This takes away new/young IP mail issues for smaller businesses. Thus far mail gets delivered to all the major providers without a problem. What do you dislike? Not being able to View a particular mail in reporting functions, We used to use Mandrill which had the ability to view a mail of which had failed/rejected, this was very ...

Reasonable service
What do you like best? Getting setup and running was a smooth and seamless process. We switched over from Mandrill after they decided to combine the product with MailChimp and increase pricing. SendGrid even offered a similar plan with free credits to make the switch a no-brainer. Soon after we started paying for an account due to increased Email sending. However from the first level to the next is a big price increase for a small business getting started. Being a small niche SaaS ...
