UN-Authorised payment taking they don't delete your bank card

I signed up but didn't use them due to work load took them 3 days to refund. I closed my account then they charged my account 40quid. I had to raise 4 to support tickets because then forgot me. Now they are making excuses not to refund my payment. I have to delete email addresses or I won't get my money back but the accounts closed. They won't let you delete your payment card and they take funds willingness without your authority despite account closed. Raised a case with my bank. As ...

Does the job; not always tremendously intuitive

What do you like best? SendGrid has excellent support, customer service, and learning resources available on their site. What do you dislike? The drag and drop editor can be buggy sometimes, and I've had to find workarounds to do things like add a link. Recommendations to others considering the product Take advantage of their support. Support has gotten much much better

What do you like best? Early on support was lacking, but after a few recent major impending issues (sunsetting of their legacy newsletter we found their response time and support help in general was second to none. They helped us find a solution through an empathic position to our needs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its a easy system and ready to start by sending an emails to all customers. Basic editing tools like email templates and other editors is good. What do you like best? Clicktracking: seeing, in real time, who's received, opened, and clicked on the link in my email campaigns What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that they had monitoring for the hard and soft bounces. What do you dislike? They changed up our program and we couldn't afford the new one. Then they stopped supporting their "old software" so we had to part ways. Transaction email within a SAAS product

What do you like best? Ease of use from .net API. Easy integration with Azure billing. What do you dislike? The web user interface for finding emails is a little clunky. Also not able to see content of email. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending of transaction emails from our SAAS product.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? SendGrid is cost-effective for large databases. You can easily manage bounces and unsubscribes. Testing is flexible and easy.
