If you like limited reporting and a clunky interface, then this is your JAM

What do you like best? Their logo looks okay, I guess. Their OC headquarters is down the street from one of my favorite restaurants (Haven Gastropub - check it out if you're in the area. Get the burger. What do you dislike? Literally everything. Their reporting is useless. Their dashboard doesn't sort emails by date of send, it just arbitrarily organizes emails. What do you like best? Nothing. Their product is the same as a million others out there, except it comes with appalling customer service. What do you dislike? Policies and service. I love SendGrid compared to …

I love SendGrid compared to ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp for it lets for me as for small business send up to 2000 mails for free. Tried Mailchimp first however it shrunk my 1800 email list to 200 letter due to "broad email" policy. So thank you Sendgrid for not blocking my email list even if it's a bit to broad and doens't have so many personal emails.

Good value for the service.

What do you like best? More features are being added and updated lately. Ease of use. What do you dislike? Not much. There are small improvements that will be made soon What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With SendGrid we can email sales to our constantly growing and changing list of customers. The delivery is very consistent which benefits us by ensuring customers are aware of our promotions.
