What do you like best? I enjoy the documentation that was there from the start for the API's. The service itself has been rock solid and we've seen it grow out many features on the marketing side. Reliable service, great API, decent support.

What do you like best? Their Public API and the ability it provides us to scale SendGRid as we scale our business. If an action can be done in the SendGrid admin interface it can be done by their API as well. What do you dislike?
